We want you to love your Volt & Veil pieces. If something is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Lamps must not show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

Message us on instagram or email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item. We will guide you through the next steps.

Approved returns may be exchanged or refunded according to the situation. Return shipping may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
