Shipping fees

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your Volt & Veil pieces. If something is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Cushions and lamps must not show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

Refunds & exchanges

Approved returns may be exchanged or refunded according to the situation. Return shipping may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
